AccuQuilt GO! Monthly Project



AccuQuilt GO! Monthly Project features a project or technique that can be completed in a single day.  Many of the monthly projects can be expanded to create a larger finished project, or you can create multiples to give as gifts.



September - Halloween or fall tote bag



Make a custom tote bag for you or your special little goblin in time for Halloween for Trick or Treat fun. This is a great time to use your themed dies. No Littles to make a tote for? Make a Fall themed one for you!

Supplies for September:

Bring your Halloween and fall themed dies and mats.
Fabric requiments: for the tote bag
¾ yard of canvas or similar heavy material
½ yard cotton fabric for the lining. is optional
for the tote decorations: various fabrics in your theme.
1 yard of fusible web
** a premade tote bag blank can be used instead of canvas requirements** sizes will vary


October  Cinch sack



Make a sweet little cinch sack for gift giving small treats to loved ones or turn it into a jewelry pouch for yourself. Use it to organize your sewing box. put it on a table and admire your clever work. There are so many possibilities.

Supply list for October:
1 fat Quarter ( or 2 for a different lining)
2 yards coordinating ribbon 
turning tool

November - ornaments



Decorate your tree with these cute hand made ornaments that youve made yourself. Hang them on your tree, use them as gift tags, or slip a gift card inside and give it to a friend. There are so many AccuQuilt Christmas dies the possibilities are endless. Join me for some pre-Christmas fun!

May 2023 - Cleopatra's Fan Block



Familiarize yourself with Accuquilt's Block on Board dies while increasing your quilting skills. Learn accurate piecing and gentle curves with the Go! Cleopatra’s Fan Block On Board.  The project can be used as a wall hanging, tabletopper, or small quilt. 

Supplies specific to May:
Your die if you have it.
Fabric...there are 6 colors I’m using the color requirements from the pattern. Red: 1⁄2 yard,
Lt Green: 1⁄2 yard, Dark Green: 1⁄2 yard, Lt Purple 1⁄3 yard, Dk Purple; 1⁄2 yard, White: 1⁄3 yard.
Backing and batting, 36”x36” 

June 2023 - Hattie's Choice



Make a Holiday tablerunner to decorate for the 4th of July with the Go! Hattie's Choice die.  The AccuQuilt Go! Die cutting system offers faster cutting and 1/4" in seam allowances for better accuracy in piecing.

Supplies secific to June:
Go Harties choice die if you have it
Fabric: white 1 ¼ yards , red ½ yard, blue ½ yard. 
backing 64”x 24"
batting 60”x 20” 

Christmas in July:  Foursquare. 



Make three small projects to give as gifts this coming holiday season using various AccuQuilt square dies (bring any/all squares you have at home) and get inspired with a 4th quilt demonstration.

Supplies for Foursquare:
6 fat quarters or scraps large enough to cut 10” squares.
½ yard of insul-fleece and/or cotton batting,
coordinating thread

August - Casserole Cover




Make a square Casserole cover/carrier with the AccuQuilt Go Burp Cloth die. Use the carrier to take your favorite dish to a Summer party. Give it as a hostess gift or use it to keep foods warm.

inside cover co-ordinating print to cover ⅓ yard.

This class cannot be purchased online. Please contact the store for more information.
To adequately prepare for classes and events, we ask that you please register at least 2 weeks prior to the start date.  Your space in class will not be held withhout payment.  Each class has a minimum, and maximum, number of students and may fill, or be cancelled, prior to your payment.

If a
minimum number of students is not met, you will be notified, and your class fees refunded, at least 1 week prior to the class start date.  If you need to cancel cancel, please call the store at least 1 week prior to class for a full refund. No refunds of class or kit fees will be issued for cancellations under 1 week before the class start date. No shows will forfeit class and kit fees.


Upon registration you will be emailed a list of supplies needed for the class. All supplies should be purchased prior to class. Classes typically do not include time to purchase supplies. Unless otherwise noted, all supplies are available at Sew What! Inc.  Students will receive a 10% discount on all supplies listed.

We are diligent about enforcing copyright laws; if a book, pattern or embroidery design is required for a class, each student must purchase their own copy. There are no exceptions.

Students should bring their sewing machine with all of the appropriate parts (including the instruction manual, foot control and power cord). Students must be familiar with the basic operation (i.e. winding a bobbin and threading the machine) of their machine for creative classes, and the machine must be in good working condition. Alternatively, a student may pre-register to rent a sewing machine (when avail;able) for creative classes at a rental rate of $15 per class session.  Students who experiences great difficulty with their sewing machine during class may need to rent a machine.

Please be considerate of others. Do not bring children to class, wear heavy perfume or use cell phones during class. Please be prepared to start class on time.  Our doors typically open 30 minutes prior to your class start time to allow you to set up your sewing space. Classes begin and end promptly at the scheduled time.
