Beginning Sewing: Basic Bags Edition

If you’ve ever said, “I wish I could make that,” this class is for you. Beginning Sewing: Basic Bags Edition teaches essential sewing skills while you create practical bags you’ll actually use.
We’ll explore bag-making basics like accurate cutting, sturdy seams, boxed corners, and zipper installation, all in a relaxed, supportive environment. Each project builds on the last, helping your skills grow without the stress.
You’ll create: a tote bag, a zippered pouch and a simple wallet. Kits will vary. Image is for example only.
By the end of class, you’ll have a set of handmade bags and the confidence to tackle future projects with zippers and structure.
No prior bag-making experience required.
New Owner's 1 or equivalent experience required. You must be able to thread your machine, wind a bobbin, change a needle, adjust your settings and troubleshoot these.
