Halloween Hot Pad

Gear up for Halloween, or Autumn, with your choice of seasonal appliqué from the included pattern, Biggie Hots for Halloween.  In class you will develop machine appliqué skills while constructing a hot pad, table centerpiece or small wall hanging.

Please note, sample shown in store was constructed from a tea towel and 5/8 yard fabric. The pattern differs from shop sample. 

Sewing machine in good working order, including power cord and foot pedal
Sewing machine needle, 80/12 or 90/14
Bobbins
Biggie Hot Pattern, included with class registration
Background and backing fabric, minimum 1 fat quarter
Border fabric, minimum 1 fat quarter
Binding, minimum 6“ x WOF
threads to match
Fusible web of choice (heat and bond light, appliqué wonder, quilters select)
1/3 yard batting, fusible fleece, or insul bright.
Fabrics for appliqué of choice. Please refer to pattern for specifics
decorative thread(s) for stitch detail. Refer to pattern for colors needed
Rotary cutter, mat and ruler
Scissors, seam ripper, and other basic sewing supplies
