Our classes tend to be  a bit more casual.  As of March, 2022 we are reviewing all of the "one click wonders" at the bottom of the screen that convert to stitches and starting some projects, most of which go for more than one month.

Each month includes a Question & Answer period, as well as time for show and tell.

October - Project: embroidery on paper
November - Basics:  nap control / fabric control, contour vs. outline, Q&A, Project:  gift card holders and gift tags
December - Basics: taking apart designs (use pieces),  changing colors, custom thread charts, Q&A  Project:  Holiday pillow from kitchen towel

Please note, 2022 dates and topics are subject to change.  2023 dates and topics coming soon

Requirements: Floriani Total Control-U
Instructor: Melody Kasprzak
Instructor Bio: Melody was taught to sew when she was 10 by her mother and has been sewing ever since. Her mom also taught her to embroider, including crewel and counted cross-stitch. Melody has tried other needle crafts, including needlepoint, knitting, crocheting, and quilting. However, machine embroidery is her current favorite. Melody worked in the Information Technology field for over twenty years, and has experience in most aspects of software (design, programming, testing, installing, etc.) So it was only natural that she would enjoy working with embroidery software. Melody has over five years? experience with the Floriani software and enjoys working with it and sharing her knowledge with others.
